All orders shipping to the EU incur extra fees on import. These fees consist of VAT at the local rate plus a customs clearance fee, which is a minimum of €20 and increases with the value of the order.
The fees are collected by DHL, who deliver the newspapers. The fees need to be paid by the recipient before the order can be delivered.
