Wedding Newspaper Studio Service Terms and Conditions
Welcome to Wedding Newspaper Studio ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our wedding newspaper creation and printing services. By using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Our service is available 24/7 for design and ordering. Printing and delivery are subject to business hours and delivery schedules as outlined in our delivery terms.
All prices include templates, editor access, professional printing, and delivery to your selected country. Please see the Pricing page for specific pricing and delivery times.
Important: Additional VAT and customs fees may apply for international orders, particularly for EU countries. See Section 5.3 for details about VAT and customs fees.
Payment is required in full at the time of order placement. We accept all major credit cards and PayPal. Payment must be completed before printing begins.
We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders already placed and paid for.
Clear Pricing: All prices include templates, editor access, professional printing, and delivery. Additional VAT and customs fees may apply for international orders (see Section 5.3).

You are responsible for reviewing and approving your design before printing. Once approved and payment is processed, your order is sent to our printers and changes cannot be made.
Note: Orders are processed quickly after payment completion to ensure fast delivery. Please review your design carefully before completing payment as changes cannot be made once printing begins.
Design changes can be made during the design process. Once an order is submitted and payment is processed, it goes to print and no modifications are possible. If you need to make changes after submission, you will need to place a new order.

We deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom and internationally. Please see the Pricing page for the list of countries we deliver to.
EU Countries: Orders shipping to the EU incur extra fees on import. These fees consist of VAT at the local rate plus a customs clearance fee, which is a minimum of €20 and increases with the value of the order. The fees are collected by DHL and must be paid by the recipient before the order can be delivered.
United States: Our prices include DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping, which means there will be no duties and taxes to pay by the receiver.
Other Countries: Orders being delivered to countries outside the EU may also incur extra tax and customs fees. Please check the regulations in your country before ordering.

If delivery fails due to incorrect address information provided by you, additional delivery charges may apply. We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address information, customs delays, or other international shipping complications beyond our control.
Delivery is considered complete when the package is delivered to the specified address or left in a safe location as instructed.
You retain ownership of all content you provide, including text, photos, and personal information. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to use your content solely for the purpose of creating and printing your wedding newspaper.
All templates, design tools, and software remain our intellectual property. You may use them only for creating your wedding newspaper through our service.
You agree not to submit content that:
You must have the right to use all photos you include in your newspaper. We are not responsible for any copyright issues arising from photos you provide.
We may ask for permission to use your wedding newspaper on our social media channels and website and only will only share your wedding newspaper on our social media channels and website with your permission.
We are committed to providing high-quality products. Our newspapers are printed on 55gsm improved newsprint using professional digital printing processes.
If you receive a defective product due to our error, we will replace it free of charge. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the defect.
We stand behind our products and service. If you are not satisfied with your order due to our error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to discuss resolution options.
Quality Promise: We guarantee professional-quality printing and delivery. If we fail to meet our quality standards, we will work with you to make it right.
Orders are processed quickly after payment completion to ensure fast delivery. This means there is a limited window where cancellation is possible before printing begins. Once printing has commenced, cancellation is not possible due to the custom nature of our products.
Important: Please review your design carefully before completing payment. Once payment is processed, your order goes to print and cannot be cancelled or modified.

We are not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or supplier issues.
