1. Introduction

Welcome to Wedding Newspaper Studio ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our wedding newspaper creation and printing services. By using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Important: Please read these Terms carefully before using our service. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our service.

2. Service Description

Wedding Newspaper Studio provides:

  • Online newspaper design tools and templates specifically for wedding newspapers
  • AI-powered content creation assistance
  • Professional printing services using authentic tabloid newspaper format (290mm x 370mm)
  • UK delivery services
  • Customer support and design assistance

2.1 Service Availability

Our service is available 24/7 for design and ordering. Printing and delivery are subject to business hours and delivery schedules as outlined in our delivery terms.

3. Pricing and Payment

3.1 Pricing

All prices are displayed in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Current pricing structure:

  • Minimum order: 20 copies for £49
  • 50 copies: £69
  • 100 copies: £114 (most popular)
  • 200 copies: £199

3.2 Payment Terms

Payment is required in full at the time of order placement. We accept all major credit cards and PayPal. Payment must be completed before printing begins.

3.3 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders already placed and paid for.

Transparent Pricing: All prices include templates, editor access, AI content assistance, professional printing, and UK delivery. No hidden fees or additional charges.

4. Order Process

4.1 Order Placement

Orders are placed through our online platform. The process includes:

  1. Selecting a template and customizing your design
  2. Adding content, photos, and personal details
  3. Reviewing and approving your design
  4. Selecting quantity and completing payment
  5. Printing and delivery

4.2 Design Approval

You are responsible for reviewing and approving your design before printing. Once approved and payment is processed, your order is sent to our printers and changes cannot be made.

Note: Orders are processed quickly after payment completion to ensure fast delivery. Please review your design carefully before completing payment as changes cannot be made once printing begins.

4.3 Order Modifications

Design changes can be made during the design process. Once an order is submitted and payment is processed, it goes to print and no modifications are possible. If you need to make changes after submission, you will need to place a new order.

5. Delivery

5.1 Delivery Times

Standard delivery times are 3-5 working days for UK delivery (excluding bank holidays) from order approval and payment completion. For international delivery, please allow up to 7 days, though some locations may take a little longer depending on geographical location. Please be aware that from time to time, there may be adverse traffic, weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances which may affect the delivery time. Delivery times may be extended during peak periods or due to circumstances beyond our control.

5.2 Delivery Areas

We deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom and internationally. International delivery is available with additional charges and extended delivery times.

5.3 International Delivery Charges

International delivery incurs additional charges beyond the base price. These charges vary by destination and will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

5.4 Delivery Issues

If delivery fails due to incorrect address information provided by you, additional delivery charges may apply. We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address information, customs delays, or other international shipping complications beyond our control.

5.5 Delivery Confirmation

We will provide tracking information when available. Delivery is considered complete when the package is delivered to the specified address or left in a safe location as instructed.

6. Content and Intellectual Property

6.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you provide, including text, photos, and personal information. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to use your content solely for the purpose of creating and printing your wedding newspaper.

6.2 Our Templates and Tools

All templates, design tools, and software remain our intellectual property. You may use them only for creating your wedding newspaper through our service.

6.3 Content Guidelines

You agree not to submit content that:

  • Is illegal, harmful, or violates any laws
  • Infringes on third-party rights
  • Contains offensive, defamatory, or inappropriate material
  • Violates any applicable regulations or standards

6.4 Photo Rights

You must have the right to use all photos you include in your newspaper. We are not responsible for any copyright issues arising from photos you provide.

7. Quality and Satisfaction

7.1 Quality Standards

We are committed to providing high-quality products. Our newspapers are printed on 55gsm improved newsprint using professional digital printing processes.

7.2 Defective Products

If you receive a defective product due to our error, we will replace it free of charge. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the defect.

7.3 Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our products and service. If you are not satisfied with your order due to our error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to discuss resolution options.

Quality Promise: We guarantee professional-quality printing and delivery. If we fail to meet our quality standards, we will work with you to make it right.

8. Cancellation and Refunds

8.1 Order Cancellation

Orders are processed quickly after payment completion to ensure fast delivery. This means there is a limited window where cancellation is possible before printing begins. Once printing has commenced, cancellation is not possible due to the custom nature of our products.

Important: Please review your design carefully before completing payment. Once payment is processed, your order goes to print and cannot be cancelled or modified.

8.2 Refund Policy

Refunds are available in the following circumstances:

  • Order cancelled before printing begins: Full refund within 5-7 business days
  • Defective product due to our error: Full refund or free replacement
  • Delivery failure due to our error: Full refund or re-delivery

8.3 Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not available for:

  • Orders cancelled after printing has begun
  • Customer dissatisfaction with design choices they approved before payment
  • Delivery issues caused by incorrect address information
  • Changes of mind after order completion and payment processing
  • Any requests for cancellation after the printing process has started

9. Privacy and Data Protection

9.1 Data Collection

We collect and process personal information necessary to provide our service, including contact details, delivery addresses, and content for your newspaper.

9.2 Data Usage

Your personal information is used solely for:

  • Processing your order
  • Creating your wedding newspaper
  • Delivery and customer service
  • Improving our service (anonymized data only)

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal information. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties except as necessary to fulfill your order.

10. Limitation of Liability

We strive to maintain continuous service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for temporary service interruptions.

10.2 Limitation of Damages

Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for your order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10.3 Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or supplier issues.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Modified" date. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
